Since May 1st 2019, Christophe Fuchs, Bernard Haag and their entire team invite you to discover the Hôtel & Restaurant “Au Fief du Château” and their Alsatian cuisine in a typical setting in the heart of the picturesque village of Orschwiller.
Located on the Wine Route, you will be close to the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle,
typical villages of Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Colmar.
The chef offers a classic menu of the Alsatian terroir and original suggestions mixing regional flavors and tradition. The hotel offers 8 comfortable rooms equipped with television and hair dryer.
Closing day : Monday evening Tuesday evening and Wednesday all day.
 On Monday and Tuesday evening the restaurant is open
only for our hotel guests.
